Indian Luzon probably came to the shrine to rub it in Ramon's face and tell that his Father's fleet is gone because Indian luzon told Ramon a million times to throw back the Pearl and so luzon rub it in his face that he didnt do that and everything is now bad and hinting to Ramon that Manta Diablo wrecked the fleet.
